Our Technologies

Protection in Harsh Environments

Our proprietary elastomer encapsulation solution, Teksol, protects critical cable assemblies in harsh environments. Designed to be lightweight, resistant to oils and fuels, and highly flexible, it guarantees high performance and durability of vital cable harnesses operating in extreme temperatures.

We can also secure your equipment in one of our die-cast aluminium enclosures, or design heavy-duty connectors with pin protection, environmental shielding and more, ensuring resistance to impacts.

Space Saving and Weight Reduction

Take advantage of our innovative space-saving solutions such as woven ribbon cables which are lightweight, flexible, and manufactured in a flat, compact format. The ability to weave wire as small as .1mm in diameter allows us to build 100 wires into an assembly measuring just 25.4mm by .6mm with increased tensile strength.

Eliminate Electromagnetic Interference

We have a dedicated on-site laboratory for pre-compliance testing and bespoke EMC filter development, alongside a wide range of off-the-shelf EMC filters. Our experienced engineers can help you select a suitable product that meets emission limits and industry regulations.

Our Projects

‍Radio Receiver: A defence equipment manufacturer took advantage of our complete enclosure assembly service when they required an in-vehicle radio signal receiver. Our sealed die-cast enclosure was selected, and we worked with the team to design, machine, and assemble the unit in our UK facility.

‍Radar System: A radar system which wouldn’t start up was brought to our EMC laboratory for power quality testing. Our engineers determined the root cause and fitted a harmonic filter to resolve the issue.

‍Defence: We are currently involved in the development and manufacture of through-looms to control the flight path of missiles. The cables are built to withstand the rigours of ultrasonic flight.
